We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International orders will be charged a $25.00 postage & handling fee.
Skinformation provides delivery via Australia Post for all order within Australia and overseas.
Estimated delivery is within 3 to 7 working days allowing for the various regions around Australia.
International orders estimated delivery is approximate 2-3 weeks.
Quoted delivery times are only estimates and Skinformation shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery from any cause whatsoever. The buyer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept and pay for goods and services by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch.
International Shipping Restrictions
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in your respective country (see additional restrictions below).
Please Note: Customs has the authority to hold and process a package for up to 4 weeks. We will NOT consider a package “lost in transit” until this time has lapsed.
We will not, and cannot, be responsible for the policies and procedures of the Customs of any country.
1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside Australia. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as “illegal to import.”
3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as “unclaimed.” Any delivery that is refused and returned to us will incur a fee of the original shipping charges, a 25% restocking fee, and any duties and taxes that were unpaid.
4) The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, must be approved by Skinformation and must be freight prepaid by the Purchaser for delivery to Skinformation’s premises for a full refund.
Skinformation reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee. The customer shall be liable for any damage to such goods.Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit on any goods that have been opened. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, ect), Skinformation will be liable for the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund much earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
*All approved refunds are credited back to the customer through direct debit to your nominated bank account.
